Payout is NON-REFUNDABLE

We, being the service providers for contents available through BINKOMOVI WEBSITE or APP, where you are expected to view content of your choice after being paid as pay per view; unfortunately, all payout to BINKOMOVI for such services are non-refundable.

Failure of payment

On the time of online transaction through the payment gateway due to any technical glitch the transaction failed to complete, but still the amount gets deducted from your account, it will be refunded automatically through Payment Gateway.

CHARGEBACKS

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or subscription will be suspended without notice. Applicable chargeback fee will be issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company, plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening any sort of dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.

Cancellation Of Services

In case we find that our services are being misused or there is any complaint from a credit card company, Bank, or any other authority competent by law, we may cancel your service and/or subscription, and your payment will be forfeited with prior notice or email you for your misconduct. We may also serve you cause notice for defaming, misrepresentation caused.
